Guest Bloggers

guest-bloggers2Since returning to blogging 2 months ago I primarily write about my battle with depression also homelessness, and have come to rely on the support of my followers and those who regularly read and comment.

Although I have/had mental health issue in reading blogs there are so many aspects of mental health that I’m not aware of or have only read articles on, therefore have had to do quite a bit of research on my own to better understand.

As this is a global community help and treatments vary as do the results, and finally to recovery.

I’m inviting bloggers to not only tell us about their journey but to share insights on the quality of help available out there, as we know there is a distinct lack of awareness and most of us feel very isolated when dealing with this terrible illness.

You can leave a link here on this page or if you have written a piece I will reblog it here.

Depending on you demographic you might be able to form sub communities of support, if your unable to talk with family or friends.

PS,thanks for such a positive response, I’ll of course be asking for permission to reblog, or if you have a piece already written you can send it to me and I’ll post it here with a link back to your site.

Thanks again:)

This journey charts the rocky road to recovery and my feelings about it, and getting a home together after losing everything, this too has been a rocky rocky, both things connected on many levels, but separate at the same time. If you want to know more please read my blog:) and comment on any blog you like I enjoy the interaction, and belong to a great community on here. Thanks for reading.:)

  7. I love to have your visits to my site. You’ve followed me long enough to know my story and how much we have in common. I have major depression, anxiety, and recently diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (which is very very misunderstood and carries a big stigma). I also have a long and very deep faith as a Christian, which actually makes dealing with my mental illness quite confusing. I’ve recently been able to make sense of how they can both co exist. Both are true. Both are what make me who I am. As I rely and focus on my faith, I’ve found strength to endure my difficult moments more frequently. Anyway…if my blog can be of help or encouragement to anyone, I would love to meet you. Hugs, Hope
