Sunday Nostalgia- Sam Cooke – Bring It On HomeTo Me

One of my favourite singers of all time, he combined gospel and R&B perfectly sadly he died was shot and killed in 1964, and a talent was lost but the music lives on.

Such songs a Cupid * Chain Gang * You Send Me * A Change Is Gonna Come * Twisiting The Night Away * Only Sixteen * Having A Party.

I bought this album over 20 years ago at Camden Market London UK and it’s often played and live he sounds even better.

How many of you still have and play records?

This journey charts the rocky road to recovery and my feelings about it, and getting a home together after losing everything, this too has been a rocky rocky, both things connected on many levels, but separate at the same time. If you want to know more please read my blog:) and comment on any blog you like I enjoy the interaction, and belong to a great community on here. Thanks for reading.:)
